The Premier Soccer League (PSL) Executive Committee has approved an application from National First Division side, Vasco Da Gama for a name change in accordance to Article 31 of the NSL Constitution.

Vasco Da Gama FC will now be known as Stellenbosch FC.

The club will be based in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape.
