Kaizer Chiefs striker Lucky Khune, brother of Bafana Bafana goalie Itumeleng Khune, is determined to start for the Soweto club this season.
Khune only played two games last season, against Black Aces in a league match and FC Cape Town in a Nedbank Cup clash where Chiefs were knocked out.
"Last season was an eye opener for me and I learnt a lot from the Technical Team and my teammates,” he said on Chiefs website.
“I am determined to fight for a place in the team this season. The aim is to be in the starting line up or even if I can start on the bench but it is important to play a part in the team this season."
