South African striker Dino Ndlovu has completed his switch to from Bnei Yehuda to Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli League.
A deal between the two clubs was agreed a month ago, but the former Bloemfontein Celtic and Mamelodi Sundowns player was allowed to stay with Yehuda while they competed in the Uefa Europa League.
“I am glad it is done, I am really happy to be at Maccabi Haifa, and I hope to help the club to win trophies this coming season and qualify for the Uefa Champions League,” Ndlovu told SuperSport.com.
Ndlovu netted eight times in 30 starts for Bnei Yehuda last season, having failed to find a club in the PSL following his exit from Celtic at the end of the 2010/11 campaign.
It made him a sought-after commodity in the Israeli League, but it was Haifa who stumped up the reported R15-million for his signature.
They are no strangers to South African players having previously signed Bafana Bafana left-back Tsepo Masilela and striker Terror Fanteni
