The Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee (PSL DC) has today, 06 August 2012, delivered its judgment on the matter involving Dynamos FC and Carara Kicks FC.

Following a complaint by Dynamos, Carara Kicks was found guilty of fielding an improperly registered player, Thembile Taliwe. The PSL DC ruled that Taliwe had been improperly registered by Carara Kicks as he was registered without a clearance from his previous club, Emfuleni Real Barcelona.

Dynamos and Carara Kicks must make written submissions on sanction to the PSL DC by Wednesday, 08 August 2012.
